So, if we receive a copyright infringement notice, then it takes the link down from our app, but it does not take the actual content down that is stored on a third-party site.

How to File Copyright Infringement Notice

Submitting Your Notice

If you are an owner of a Bus Services and distribute your content without your permission, we can take your service off our app, contact us on our contact us page and fill out your DMCA notice and we will take your service off our app. "Copyright/DMCA Notice" from the dropdown on the form or specify the category that best fits your request.

Our Procedure Upon Receipt

Upon any receipt of a valid notice of trademark or copyright infringement, we will, as appropriate, remove the allegedly infringing content and/or disable the allegedly infringing website. If such claim are found to be true, we will make changes in order to remove or disable appropriate access to the link posted by the user, using the Castle App.
