Castle TV App Tips

Castle TV’s Android TV interface is easy to use and well suited for use with a remote. Now that you’ve installed it, we’ll provide you with a few pro tips to help you use and maneuver through the APK so you can get the most out of this amazing TV streaming APK. I’m that tech-savvy movie buff friend sitting on your couch, showing you the features. 😉
With your remote's arrow keys, you can navigate across the rows of content, pressing OK/Select to select something.
Need something to watch? Hit the Search (🔍) icon in Castle and type a few letters – as you do, the app’s smart search will start to offer suggestions for titles.
If you like to browse on your phone and then watch on TV, Castle has you. You will find the Castle App Chromecast supported, just open the Castle App on the Android phone and click on the cast icon and watch videos from your phone to TV screen via wireless. A phone is your remote – search and pick a movie on the phone and play it on the big place screen in HD.
You can also change the interface language to ensure the app itself is in a language you would rather read. Go to Castle’s Settings (typically accessible via a profile icon or menu gear). Find “Language & Region” or “App Language” in the settings. At this point you’ll be presented with a list of languages – choose the one you want the app’s menus and info to appear in (Hindi, English, etc.) Then confirm the change; the app will likely refresh or you’ll need to restart it to see the new language. Et voilà, you have Castle app UI in your desired language!
One of the best things about Castle is that you can download movies and shows to watch them offline. In the TV app, when you download something, you’ll inevitably wonder, “Where did that download go?” All of your downloads are saved in the Downloads section of the app. Once you’ve found it, seek out a “Me” or Profile section on the Castle home screen (usually located not far from the top menu or in the sidebar). Click that, and you'll find yourself in Downloads. You should immediately see a list of all the movies or episodes that you’ve saved to the device.
An issue that is often faced with free streaming apps is that links may not work or buffering may be an issue. For every stream there are usually more than one link (so you can choose from server 1, 2, 3 and so on) or source names for a stream. If you click to play a movie and it’s not loading or showing “can’t play this content”, relax. Simply back out to the link selection, and try the next server / source in the list. Usually, one of the server links will work and you'll be watching away.
FAQs
I have downloaded the TV app, so why is 5-day free trial for Premium not working?
In case you didn’t get this trial, why that might have been: It’s only available for first-time installs on a TV device and only one time per user. You won’t get a second trial if you had Castle App on a different device (for example, on your phone) and used a trial, or if you reinstalled the app on the same TV.
How to alter language on TV?
For language alteration:
✔️ Launch app on TV
✔️ Profile/Settings for more
✔️ language
✔️ choose language
How to download videos from the TV app?
On the video detail page (the page that shows the poster, description etc), you can find the Download button here – it looks like a downward arrow ⬇️. Using your remote, make sure that icon is selected, and then click it. The app will then ask you to select the quality of the video to download. Choose the quality you want – the higher the quality, the larger the file and the more storage space/time to download. Once you choose the quality you desire, the download will start.
That’s it, you are now a Castle APK power user on your Android smart tv. It’s incredible that we have free movie streaming online at our TV screens at home with a collection this extensive at our fingertips.
