Description of Our Service

Our website offers official servers, guides and the real APK file of Castle App. The Castle App is an indexing and aggregation service; it acts as a search engine, finding movies & media hosted on third party websites that you have access to stream. We do not own, host or upload any video, films, media files to or manage any of the content in the app.

Account Registration: In order to access some features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You may require to register and create a profile, and then log in to your account in order to use certain features of our services.

Community Rewards Program Rules

Our anti-fraud algorithm is in constant evolution. If you break any of these rules you will forfeit the entire prize and potentially have your account banned.

We offer optional Premium Subscriptions that unlock our full content, and via the App Store you can subscribe and pay for a Hayu Premium Subscription right from your iPhone, or sync with your iTunes account on your computer.
Payment: All subscription payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways.
Redeemable Codes: All redemption codes can be purchased only through the app or from the listed retailers on the app to avoid scams. We're not liable for any code that you receive from an unauthorized source.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: Castle App is the sole owner of all content on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and guides. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise distribute our material without our permission.
Third-Party Content: You understand that any movie, show, or other media made available to you through the app is owned by the copyright holders of such content. You do not have any rights granted to you over any part of our service.

Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from:
Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling the app.
To use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Bypassing the guidelines of the Community Rewards Program.

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of India, without regard to any choice of laws principles.

We may, at any time and for any or no reason, modify these Terms. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Terms. Your continued use of the Service following such changes is deemed your acceptance of the new Terms.
